ChrysCapital has acquired Xoriant, a Sunnyvale-headquartered software engineering and digital IT services provider, in a buyout aimed at accelerating Xoriant’s next phase of growth. ChrysCapital said the investment will support scaling the company’s digital product engineering, cloud, security, and data capabilities and expand value creation across its global enterprise client base.

ChrysCapital-backed Xoriant Acquires MapleLabs

The deal is an add-on to Xoriant's platform intended to expand its platform engineering and cloud-native capabilities, bringing MapleLabs' IPs such as SnappyFlow into Xoriant's offering.

Qualitest Acquires Q Analysts

CompTIA Acquires TestOut Corporation
