One Rock Capital Partners Acquires Process Solutions from Newell Brands

One Rock Capital Partners (through an affiliate) has acquired Process Solutions from Newell Brands in a carve-out of the specialty manufacturing business. Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, Process Solutions makes custom plastic, nylon, monofilament and zinc products serving healthcare, consumer and industrial end markets and employs roughly 1,700–1,800 people across 19 facilities.

Bain Capital Private Equity to Acquire Harrington Process Solutions

Bain Capital Private Equity has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Harrington Process Solutions (also known as Harrington Industrial Plastics) from Nautic Partners. Harrington, a Chino, California–headquartered specialty distributor of piping and fluid process products with more than 60 U.S. locations, will remain led by its current management team; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023 (terms not disclosed).

MXD Process Acquires Branch Environmental Corporation

MXD Process has acquired Branch Environmental Corporation, a Somerville, New Jersey–based designer and manufacturer of air and water purification systems. The deal brings Branch’s three-decade product and engineering capabilities into MXD’s process engineering and equipment manufacturing platform, with Branch retaining its brand and Somerville operations; MXD engaged Soterra Capital and Neas P.C. for advisory and legal support, while Branch was advised by Norris McLaughlin, P.A.

Northwest Pump Acquires D.R. Smith Co. (Air Compressor Service)

The deal, which closed April 30, 2021, expands Northwest Pump’s industrial pumps and compressors services and local presence in the Puget Sound/western Washington market.

The Anderson Group Acquires Double B Foods, Inc.
