EMCOR Group Acquires Gaston Electrical Co., LLC

EMCOR Group, Inc. has acquired Gaston Electrical Co., LLC, a full-service electrical construction and low-voltage contractor headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts. The acquisition (terms not disclosed) expands EMCOR's specialty electrical construction capabilities and footprint in the Greater Boston / Northeast markets; Gaston reported estimated 2022 revenues of about $140 million and remaining unsatisfied performance obligations of roughly $120 million.

SEI Group Acquires Energy Conservation Insulation Company (ECI)

SEI Group LLC, a portfolio company of Quad-C Management, has acquired Energy Conservation Insulation Company (ECI), a Bend, Oregon-based residential and light commercial insulation services provider. The transaction expands SEI's geographic footprint in Oregon as part of its ongoing roll-up strategy following a 2021 recapitalization with Quad-C.

nVent Electric plc Acquires ECM Industries from Sentinel Capital Partners for $1.1B

nVent Electric plc agreed to acquire ECM Investors, LLC (parent of ECM Industries) from Sentinel Capital Partners for $1.1 billion, subject to customary adjustments. ECM, a New Berlin, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of electrical connectors, tools, test instruments and cable management with ~1,400 employees, will operate within nVent's Electrical and Fastening Solutions segment to expand nVent's product offering and address high-growth verticals.

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Acquires EMC Global Consulting

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions, a Canadian provider of staffing, consulting, logistics and warehousing solutions, has acquired Houston-based EMC Global Consulting to expand its IT consulting and change management capabilities and establish a broader global presence. EMC will continue to operate from its Houston office under Infinite's oversight, extending Infinite's service offering into resource and change management across oil & gas, medical and IT sectors.

ECM Industries Acquires ILSCO

ECM Industries, LLC (New Berlin, Wisconsin) announced the acquisition of electrical connector manufacturer ILSCO, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. The deal adds ILSCO's power connectors, grounding solutions and distribution footprint (three countries, eight manufacturing locations and nine distribution centers) to ECM's portfolio to strengthen its product offering and channel coverage in commercial, industrial, utility and OEM markets.

Cicor Group Acquires Significant Business Activities of Éolane Group

Cicor Group has had its offer accepted by the Paris Commercial Court to acquire significant business activities of the French Éolane Group. The deal, closing April 22, 2025, adds around 890 employees and CHF 125 million of sales, expanding Cicor’s EMS footprint in France and strengthening its position in aerospace & defence, railway and nuclear technology markets.
