EMCOR Group Acquires ECM Holding Group

EMCOR Group, Inc. has agreed to acquire ECM Holding Group, Inc., a national energy-efficiency specialty services firm headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition expands EMCOR's energy efficiency and sustainability services capabilities, adding ECM's HVAC, lighting, water, weatherization and airflow management offerings (ECM had estimated 2023 revenues of $60 million).

DelCam Capital / Space Age Electronics Acquire Gaston Electronics

DelCam Capital has acquired Gaston Electronics and will integrate the company into its Space Age Electronics platform. The acquisition adds UL 508A industrial control panel design and vertically integrated electronics manufacturing capabilities (box builds, prefabrication) to Space Age, expanding its HVAC, fire/life-safety, medical device and government end-market capabilities and geographic footprint.
