Trafera Acquires AXI Education Solutions

Trafera, a K-12 education-technology provider and portfolio company of Rotunda Capital Partners, has acquired AXI Education Solutions, a Madisonville, Louisiana-based provider of interactive flat panels, professional development and installation services for U.S. K-12 school districts in the mid-south. Rotunda and other investors provided additional capital for the transaction; Liberty Ridge Advisors acted as AXI's exclusive financial advisor.
