Axiologic Solutions has acquired Tysons-based Data Intelligence Technologies to broaden its capabilities in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data science for the intelligence community and federal customers. Data Intelligence was represented by DLA Piper (legal) and Monument Capital Partners (financial advisor); Axiologic was supported by Rees Broome, Pipaya and Atlantic Union Bank.

HaystackID, a PE-backed eDiscovery services firm, has acquired Business Intelligence Associates (BIA) to expand its enterprise eDiscovery, managed services, and New York market capabilities. The deal was facilitated by HaystackID's majority investor Quad-C Management and strengthens HaystackID's offerings in cyber discovery, incident response, privacy/compliance, and information governance.

CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

CACI International acquired Ashburn, Virginia–based ID Technologies, a mid-tier provider of enterprise IT, CSfC-compliant cybersecurity products, and managed services to U.S. federal customers. The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.

BS&A Software Acquires Boyce Systems

Integrity Data Solutions Acquires iDoc Corp

Integrity Data Solutions, through its subsidiary Compu-Call Holdings, LLC, has acquired iDoc Corp, a Texas-based provider of commercial copier and print hardware, leasing, rentals and service. The deal expands ID Solutions' hardware, rental and on-site service capabilities and represents the third acquisition by the company since its acquisition by Falx Capital LLC in 2023.
