Nidec Precision Transfers 68.4% Stake in Nidec Precision Yamada to APIC YAMADA

Nidec Precision Corporation has transferred its approximately 68.4% stake in Nidec Precision Yamada Corporation to joint-venture partner APIC YAMADA Corporation, with the share transfer agreement executed and completed on March 31, 2025. The target, a precision-mold design and manufacturing business based in Chikuma, Nagano (49 employees), will become a wholly owned subsidiary of APIC YAMADA to enable business consolidation and future expansion.

PACCOR Acquires Miko Pac (Packaging Division of Miko N.V.)

PACCOR signed an agreement to acquire Miko Pac, the packaging division of Belgium-based Miko N.V., strengthening PACCOR's injection molding and thermoforming capabilities and expanding its international footprint, including a production plant in Indonesia. The deal, expected to close after regulatory approval in Q2 2021, will integrate Miko Pac into PACCOR while keeping operational management with Miko Pac's former co-owners and managing directors.

Mitsubishi Electric Acquires Nozomi Networks

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation completed its acquisition of all outstanding shares of Nozomi Networks Inc., making Nozomi a wholly owned subsidiary effective January 28, 2026. Nozomi Networks will operate as an independent subsidiary out of San Francisco and continue delivering vendor-agnostic OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions; the company reported over $100M in 2025 revenue and ~336 employees as of December 2025.

Polymatech Electronics Acquires Nisene Technology Group Inc.

Polymatech Electronics, via its Singapore subsidiary Artificial Electronics Intelligent Materials Pte Ltd., has acquired Nisene Technology Group Inc., a 50-year-old California-based semiconductor company known for IC design and decapsulation equipment. The deal strengthens Polymatech's semiconductor capabilities by combining Nisene's silicon and silicon carbide expertise with Polymatech's sapphire-wafer technologies to develop multi-wafer semiconductor products and advanced chip fabrication/testing devices.

Kyowa Industrial Acquires Eidemiller Precision Machining

Kyowa Industrial Co., Ltd. of Takasaki, Japan acquired Eidemiller Precision Machining of Milford, Michigan. The acquisition gives Kyowa a manufacturing footprint in the U.S. Midwest to better serve automotive and other manufacturing customers; Eidemiller's owner, Marty Eidemiller, sold the business to transition to retirement with advisory support from Calder Capital.

Zeon Corporation Acquires Edge Precision Manufacturing, Inc.

Zeon Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiary Zeon Specialty Materials Inc., purchased 100% of Edge Precision Manufacturing, Inc., a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of micro‑featured thermoplastic disposables, on December 28, 2022. The acquisition strengthens Zeon's cyclo olefin polymer (COP) offering for microfluidic and diagnostic devices by combining Zeon's materials with Edge's precision compression‑molding capabilities and customer network.
