Cisco Announces Intent to Acquire Lightspin

Cisco announced its intent to acquire Lightspin Technologies Ltd., a Tel Aviv-based cloud security software company that provides cloud security posture management (CSPM) and graph-based attack-path analysis. The acquisition will expand Cisco's cloud-native security and observability capabilities, integrating Lightspin's team and technology into Cisco's Emerging Technologies & Incubation (ET&I) unit to help customers identify, prioritize, and remediate cloud security risks.

(NYSE: NABL) has acquired Adlumin, Inc., an enterprise-grade security operations platform provider, to integrate cloud-native XDR and MDR capabilities into N‑able's unified IT management and security platform. The transaction includes approximately $100 million cash at close, 1,570,762 shares of N‑able common stock, $120 million in cash installments over two years, and up to $30 million in potential earn-outs, and is intended to accelerate ARR growth and expand N‑able's security offering for MSPs and internal IT teams.

HeadSpin Acquires NimbleDroid

NimbleDroid co-founders Junfeng Yang and Younghoon Jeon join HeadSpin as Chief Scientist and HeadSpin Fellow, respectively; financial terms were not disclosed.
