Sun European Partners Affiliate Acquires Vetrerie Riunite S.p.A.

An affiliate of Sun European Partners, LLP has agreed to acquire Vetrerie Riunite S.p.A. (VR Group), a leading Italian producer of technical glass (washing machine windows), glass tableware and refractory rollers. The seller is Finanziaria del Vetro; the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and Sun says it will work with management to accelerate the company’s profitable growth.

Valeas Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Suntera Global

Valeas Capital Partners will acquire a majority stake in Suntera Global, the Jersey-headquartered provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services, with Palatine Private Equity exiting. Carlyle provided a financing package to refinance debt and support Suntera's growth; the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025 as Valeas and management pursue digital transformation, capability expansion and further strategic acquisitions.

Vertus Group Acquires Tangerine Global

STAR Capital Leads Consortium to Acquire V.Group

STAR Capital's STAR IV Fund has signed an agreement to acquire V.Group, a London-headquartered global provider of mission-critical maritime services, in a consortium that includes Ackermans & van Haaren and other investors. The deal (subject to regulatory approvals) will provide V.Group with capital and balance-sheet support to drive growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Vision Group, Novatech and Thermoplast Acquire ENERGI Fenestration Solutions from OpenGate Capital
