MOURI Tech has acquired Vertisystem Inc., a California-based IT services firm specializing in the gaming and hospitality industries, to strengthen its managed services portfolio and expand its U.S. and India delivery footprint. Ernst & Young (EY) LLP acted as financial advisor to Vertisystem in the transaction.

IRIS.TV will continue to operate independently under its co-founders, and the deal is intended to expand Viant's CTV content identification and contextual targeting capabilities across premium publishers and ad platforms.

CORA Group Acquires Volanté Systems
