Vertus Group, a division of Jonas Software, has acquired B4Checkin, a Halifax-based provider of cloud-based hospitality tools including a secure payments platform (TransForm) and a booking engine (GettaRoom). The acquisition expands Vertus Group's hospitality vertical and brings payments and booking capabilities into its portfolio to drive product integration and growth.

SoftwareOne Holding AG has agreed to acquire Beniva Consulting Group Inc., a Calgary-based ServiceNow, ITOM and cloud advisory consultancy. The deal brings Beniva's team of more than 75 cloud technology experts into SoftwareOne to strengthen its ServiceNow, IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management service offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Jonas Software Acquires RBRO Solutions Inc.

The deal, which closed on March 1, 2022, was advised by Generational Equity and is intended to expand Jonas' legal iManage functional practice and capabilities.

Volaris Group Acquires Intellior AG

Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Intellior AG, a Stuttgart-based provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Governance-Risk-Compliance (GRC) and integrated management systems. Intellior—which develops the Aeneis SaaS platform and serves over 300 customers across Germany and Europe—will join Volaris' vertical-market software portfolio to expand its BPM/GRC capabilities and drive further product and commercial growth.

Thoma Bravo Acquires Verint Systems and Combines It with Calabrio

Thoma Bravo completed its acquisition of Verint Systems, a leader in AI-driven customer experience (CX) automation, following a transaction valued at approximately $2.0 billion that closed on November 26, 2025. The firm will combine Verint with its portfolio company Calabrio to create a unified AI-powered CX platform; Verint CEO Dan Bodner will transition to an advisory role and Mike Lipps will serve as interim CEO of the combined business.
