SoftwareONE Holding AG has acquired Intelligence Partner, a Madrid-based Google Cloud services and consulting firm, expanding SoftwareONE's Google Cloud capabilities and multi-cloud service offering. Intelligence Partner, with roughly 80 employees and more than 600 customers across Europe, Brazil and the Middle East, was advised on the sellside by 7 Mile Advisors.

Updata Partners Invests $12M in Benivo

Accenture Acquires ON Service GROUP
