SoftwareOne Holding AG has agreed to acquire Beniva Consulting Group Inc., a Calgary-based ServiceNow, ITOM and cloud advisory consultancy. The deal brings Beniva's team of more than 75 cloud technology experts into SoftwareOne to strengthen its ServiceNow, IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management service offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Zavation Acquires ChoiceSpine

Zavation Medical Products, a Gemspring Capital portfolio company, has acquired ChoiceSpine Holdings, a Knoxville-based designer and manufacturer of spinal implant systems; terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Zavation's spinal implant portfolio and commercial reach across inpatient and outpatient settings, and Derek Kuyper was named CEO of the combined organization.

ClinChoice Acquires CROMSOURCE S.r.l.

Healthware (150+ employees) will bring marketing, medical communications, digital innovation, and media assets — including the Frontiers Health conference and pharmaphorum — into EVERSANA; Roberto Ascione joins EVERSANA's global leadership. Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Avania
