Thoma Bravo completed its acquisition of Verint Systems, a leader in AI-driven customer experience (CX) automation, following a transaction valued at approximately $2.0 billion that closed on November 26, 2025. The firm will combine Verint with its portfolio company Calabrio to create a unified AI-powered CX platform; Verint CEO Dan Bodner will transition to an advisory role and Mike Lipps will serve as interim CEO of the combined business.
