The firm will combine Verint with its portfolio company Calabrio to create a unified AI-powered CX platform; Verint CEO Dan Bodner will transition to an advisory role and Mike Lipps will serve as interim CEO of the combined business.

Anthropic Acquires Vercept to Advance Claude's Computer Use Capabilities
