Bridges Evergreen Holdings (Evergreen), a long‑term capital vehicle managed by Bridges Fund Management, has taken a significant minority stake in AgilityEco Services Ltd to support the company's growth and scale its fuel‑poverty and energy‑efficiency programmes across the U.K. The investment will see Evergreen partners join AgilityEco's board and support the co‑founders' plan to expand delivery of retrofit and community energy‑advice services to more vulnerable households.

EBSCO Capital Acquires Bailey International from Pfingsten Partners

EBSCO Capital has acquired Bailey International, a Knoxville-based manufacturer and distributor of fluid power components, from Pfingsten Partners. Bailey, founded in 1976 with more than 200 employees, makes hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, motors, hoses and related components for OEMs and repair/distribution channels; Pfingsten had owned Bailey since 2012.

Evergreen Acquires Australian MSP CT Group

The deal expands Evergreen's presence in Australia (its eighth acquisition in 2024) and the business will be managed regionally by Lyra Technology Group to support growth across ANZ.

Macquarie Capital Principal Finance Acquires Evercreech Renewable Energy Ltd (adds to Adapt Biogas)

Macquarie Capital Principal Finance has acquired a majority stake in Evercreech Renewable Energy Ltd, a greenfield anaerobic digestion (AD) project in Somerset, United Kingdom. The Evercreech plant will be added to Macquarie’s Adapt Biogas platform to expand biomethane-to-grid capacity and fund construction and operations, with the plant expected to inject gas to the national grid by early 2022.

Hydrofarm Acquires Greenstar Plant Products

Hydrofarm Holdings Group, Inc. acquired Canadian nutrient manufacturer Greenstar Plant Products, Inc., adding the Grotek and Gaia Green brands to its branded product portfolio. The deal, funded with cash and Hydrofarm's existing credit facility for approximately $83 million U.S., makes Greenstar a wholly owned indirect subsidiary and is expected to be accretive to Hydrofarm's 2021 adjusted EBITDA.

Meridian Waste Acquires Evergreen Environmental Partners Holdings LLC and ADSI Holdings LLC

Meridian Waste Acquisitions, LLC has acquired the stock of Evergreen Environmental Partners Holdings LLC (EEP) and ADSI Holdings LLC from BTG Pactual Strategic Capital, expanding Meridian Waste’s Southeast footprint. The deal adds the Noble Hill municipal solid waste landfill, an EEP transfer station, more than 50 municipal contracts and additional hauling, administrative and maintenance facilities servicing customers across Alabama and Mississippi; Meridian Waste will integrate the assets with support from its private equity partner Warren Equity Partners.
