Headlands Research has acquired CMRCenter (CMRC), a high-performing clinical research site in San Juan, Puerto Rico, expanding Headlands' site network into the Caribbean and bringing its footprint to 22 sites across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The deal provides biopharma sponsors a single-contract gateway to a large Hispanic patient population and is intended to accelerate enrollment for vaccine, CNS, and specialty studies.
