Cannon Co., Inc., a Greenville, South Carolina-based traffic control and road striping services provider. The deal is RoadSafe's 12th acquisition since partnering with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021 and expands RoadSafe's operations across the Carolinas.

RAM Infotechnology Acquires CuraTec with Support from Keensight Capital

RAM Infotechnology (RAM-IT), a Dutch cloud services provider for the healthcare sector and a Keensight Capital portfolio company, has acquired CuraTec, a Netherlands-based provider of healthcare alarming, alerting and communication systems. The deal strengthens RAM-IT’s healthcare IT capabilities by adding CuraTec’s alarm, sensor and network solutions to its cloud, application management and cybersecurity offerings, driving capability expansion and cross-sell opportunities in the Dutch care market.
