Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating, a PE-backed commercial paving platform, has acquired three Carolina-based paving businesses: Superior Blacktop Services (Summerville, SC), Pavement Exchange Group (Charlotte, NC), and C&T Paving (Asheville, NC). The add-ons, announced April 25, 2022, broaden Atlantic Southern’s service footprint in the Carolinas and are part of a roll-up strategy backed by Harbor Beach Capital and Aldine Capital Partners; leadership of the acquired companies will remain in place.

Pave America Acquires Kansas Asphalt

Pave America has partnered with and added Kansas Asphalt, a Bucyrus, Kansas–headquartered asphalt and concrete paving and maintenance provider, to its platform as an add-on to expand its national footprint. The transaction brings Kansas Asphalt’s self-performing locations and subcontractor network into Pave America’s platform, which is backed by private equity sponsors including Shoreline Equity Partners (and referenced Trivest Partners in the announcement).

Pavement Partners Acquires Dominion Paving & Sealing

Pavement Partners Holding, LLC, a pavement services platform formed via Shoreline Equity Partners' recapitalization of Finley Asphalt & Concrete, has acquired Dominion Paving & Sealing, a Purcellville, Virginia-based asphalt and concrete services provider. The deal is Pavement Partners' first add-on following the platform formation and is intended to expand the platform's market share and service footprint across the Washington D.C. metro and surrounding Mid-Atlantic markets.

Huron Capital-backed Sunland Asphalt Acquires Georgia Paving
