Sandow, the New York–based publishing group, has acquired online design platform Design Milk. The financial terms were not disclosed; Sandow said Design Milk's staff (including editor-in-chief Caroline Williamson) will remain in place and that the company plans to invest in the brand and focus on growing its digital audience and ad revenue.

RocketStar Acquires Miles Space

RocketStar announced it has acquired Miles Space and closed a $2.0 million seed financing that also converted $1.4 million of notes into Series Seed equity. The acquisition brings Miles Space's electric thruster and digital signal processing communications capabilities into RocketStar’s portfolio to accelerate development of fusion-enhanced propulsion, in-space communications, and launch offerings.

zSpace Acquires BlocksCAD to Enhance 3D Design and STEM Education

The deal brings together biproxi’s broker-focused tools with OfficeSpace.com’s large listing database to expand biproxi’s marketplace and product capabilities; OfficeSpace.com founder Susie Algard will join biproxi’s advisory board.
