Delta Galil Acquires Bare Necessities

Delta Galil Industries has signed an agreement to acquire online intimates retailer Bare Necessities, with the deal expected to close in the coming weeks and to be accretive to earnings next year. The acquisition expands Delta Galil's digital and e-commerce presence by bringing Bare Necessities' assortment of over 160 brands and expertise in online intimate apparel into its distribution channels.

Society Brands Acquires Primal Life Organics

Society Brands, a tech-enabled consumer products platform, has acquired Akron, Ohio–based Primal Life Organics to expand its portfolio of direct-to-consumer and retail personal care brands. The founders will remain involved (Trina Felber as brand president), and Primal Life's more than 20 employees will stay in place as Society works to scale the brand's DTC business and expand retail distribution.

Cora Group Acquires Data-Basics

Cora Group, an operating group within Jonas Software (part of Constellation Software, Inc.), has acquired Data-Basics, a Bedford, Ohio–based provider of field service and construction management ERP software. The private transaction was announced May 8, 2023; terms were not disclosed and Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide advised Data-Basics.

Brand Holdings, LLC Acquires Simple Botanics

Brand Holdings, LLC, a Pittsburgh-based holding company backed by Kidd & Company and T-street Capital, has acquired Simple Botanics, a direct-to-consumer herbal tea and organic bar brand. This is Brand Holdings’ second acquisition as it builds a DTC e-commerce portfolio alongside Dr. Emil Nutrition; the firm will partner with founder Kimberly Crupi Dobbins to expand product assortment and accelerate growth across retail channels.

GrubMarket Acquires Boston Organics
