Veritas Capital’s Vantage Fund has made a strategic growth investment in Epiq Solutions, a provider of software-defined radio and turnkey RF solutions for government and enterprise customers. Epiq’s co-founders will remain in leadership and retain significant ownership; financial terms were not disclosed. Veritas says it will support product advancement, national expansion, and targeted acquisitions to scale the business.

Epiq Solutions Acquires CyberRadio Solutions Business Unit from G3 Technologies

Epiq Solutions, a portfolio company of The Veritas Capital Vantage Fund, L.P., has completed the acquisition of CyberRadio Solutions (CRS), a business unit of G3 Technologies. The deal adds high-performance RF receiver and signal-processing products to Epiq’s software-defined radio and space computing portfolio; CRS will continue to operate from Mount Airy, Maryland under its existing leadership. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Ampersand Capital Partners sold its portfolio company Nexelis to Q² Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of IQVIA, Inc. (PTI), a single-facility EMS provider in Plano, Texas. The add-on expands VIRTEX's NPI, ultra-low-volume and flex/rigid-flex assembly capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Texas aerospace and defense corridor.
