Praecipio, a cloud-first business and technology consulting firm based in Austin, Texas, has acquired Avant Systems Group, a Winnipeg-based Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. The acquisition expands Praecipio’s footprint into Canada and strengthens its Atlassian, enterprise agile coaching, and IT integration capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

RMA Companies Acquires PRI Group

RMA Companies, a national provider of testing, inspection and certification services and a portfolio company of OceanSound Partners, has acquired PRI Group, a provider of materials testing, product development, validation and certification services with laboratories in Tampa, Florida and Munster, Indiana. The deal expands RMA's TICC (testing, inspection, certification and consulting) capabilities and geographic presence in the Southeast and Midwest; terms were not disclosed.

Prime Label Group Acquires Arti-Bau

The add-on strengthens Prime Label's digital printing capabilities (DigiPrime), expands its geographic reach into DACH and Scandinavian markets, and enhances the Group’s premium short-run label offering.

BIP Wealth Acquires Prehmus Financial Partners

Pritchard Industries Acquires ACP Facility Services
