Hexagon AB has acquired Xwatch Safety Solutions to strengthen its digital construction safety portfolio. Xwatch provides OEM-agnostic machine control hardware and software (height control, slew control, rated capacity indication) and will be fully consolidated into Hexagon's Geosystem division; Xwatch generated ~4 MEUR revenue in 2023 and has 17 employees mainly in the United Kingdom.

Iron Bow Technologies Acquires GuardSight, Inc.

KEYW Corporation Acquires Sensage, Inc.

KEYW Corporation announced it will acquire Sensage, Inc., a Redwood City-based provider of SIEM and event data warehousing software, to expand KEYW's commercial market opportunity and support its Project G Cyber Awareness and Response Platform. The transaction consideration is up to $34.5 million (cash and KEYW stock) and is expected to close in October 2012, subject to Sensage equity holder approval and customary closing conditions.

Worldeye Technologies Acquires DataHawk

Worldeye Technologies has acquired DataHawk, an e-commerce analytics provider, and will integrate DataHawk’s marketplace analytics platform into its suite of seller tools (including Viral Launch). The acquisition is intended to expand Worldeye’s capabilities for marketplace sellers by adding advanced analytics for Amazon, Walmart and other channels while keeping DataHawk’s team and customer workflows intact.

WatchGuard Technologies Acquires Panda Security

WatchGuard Technologies has completed the acquisition of advanced endpoint protection provider Panda Security, making Panda a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal expands WatchGuard's security portfolio by integrating Panda's EPP and EDR capabilities into WatchGuard Cloud to offer consolidated network-to-endpoint protection for midmarket customers; as part of the transaction, Investing Profit Wisely (IPW) will join Vector Capital and Francisco Partners as shareholders in WatchGuard.

ISA will operate as a subsidiary and the acquisition is intended to accelerate HawkEye 360's processing capabilities and expand detection, automation, and mission support for defense, government, and international partners.
