WatchGuard Technologies Acquires Panda Security

WatchGuard Technologies has completed the acquisition of advanced endpoint protection provider Panda Security, making Panda a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal expands WatchGuard's security portfolio by integrating Panda's EPP and EDR capabilities into WatchGuard Cloud to offer consolidated network-to-endpoint protection for midmarket customers; as part of the transaction, Investing Profit Wisely (IPW) will join Vector Capital and Francisco Partners as shareholders in WatchGuard.
