Fortress Investment Group announced it has acquired IPValue Management Group, a leading intellectual property licensing and commercialization company. IPValue will continue to operate independently under its current senior leadership team, with enhanced access to capital to expand its IP commercialization programs.
Vector has acquired YardView, a yard management and dock visibility provider, to integrate YardView’s real-time yard tracking with Vector’s e-BOL and workflow platform.
