Bowmark Capital has acquired a significant minority stake in Focus Group, a UK provider of communications and IT managed services, and is providing more than £150 million of additional funding to accelerate Focus Group’s acquisition-led growth strategy. Focus Group delivers hosted voice, cloud applications, mobile, connectivity and IT services to over 15,000 businesses, with revenues above £80 million and roughly 300 employees.

Focus Group, founded in 2003, provides digital workplace and managed IT solutions to approximately 30,000 SME customers, with revenues in excess of £250 million and over 900 staff; the investment will support further product, service and geographic expansion across the UK.

Epassi Group has acquired UK-based Zest, a configurable SaaS employee benefits platform, to expand its presence and product offering in the UK and across Europe. As part of the deal Matt Russell will lead the combined UK business as CEO, and the acquisition is intended to deepen Epassi's product suite for employer customers and accelerate its pan‑European growth.
