Enverus Acquires CRCL Solutions

Enverus, the energy-focused SaaS platform based in Austin, Texas, has acquired CRCL Solutions, a U.S.-based developer of cloud-based AI and physics-driven wind and solar generation forecasting tools. The purchase expands Enverus' power and renewables capabilities by integrating CRCL's plant-level forecasting algorithms and data into Enverus' analytics platform to better serve power traders, plant operators and other renewable market participants.

The deal expands Enverus's power and renewables offerings by integrating Pearl Street's SUGAR power-flow engine and Interconnect platform to help address nationwide interconnection queue backlogs.
