The deal brings RSEG’s roughly 300+ employees and domain analytics capabilities into Enverus to accelerate product innovation and deliver integrated workflows across upstream, midstream and oilfield services customers.

Enverus, the energy-focused SaaS platform based in Austin, Texas, has acquired CRCL Solutions, a U.S.-based developer of cloud-based AI and physics-driven wind and solar generation forecasting tools. The purchase expands Enverus' power and renewables capabilities by integrating CRCL's plant-level forecasting algorithms and data into Enverus' analytics platform to better serve power traders, plant operators and other renewable market participants.
