PAI Partners has agreed to acquire Addo Food Group and Winterbotham Darby (ComplEat Food Group) from existing investors including LDC, subject to regulatory approvals. The two UK chilled-food manufacturers will be combined under a newly created PAI-backed platform to drive product innovation, supply‑chain initiatives and growth across retail, convenience and foodservice channels.

SC Pack Group Acquires Frapak Packaging

The SC Pack Group, backed by private equity investor MML Capital, has acquired Frapak Packaging — a longstanding partner and European supplier of glass and sustainable plastic packaging. The deal expands SC Pack’s European footprint and product portfolio, creating a combined group with ~€350m revenue and roughly 500 packaging professionals across more than 15 countries.

Cross Rapids Capital Recapitalizes PAK Quality Foods (including FrigiServe)

Debt for the recapitalization was provided by Maranon Capital L.P. and Manulife Investment Management.

Fresh2 Group Ltd. Acquires Youfood Group Inc.

Fresh2 Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: FRES), through its subsidiary Fresh2 Technology Inc., agreed to acquire 100% of Youfood Group Inc. in a stock-for-stock transaction. The deal—payment in 38,333,334 newly issued Fresh2 Class A common shares—is intended to expand Fresh2's cross-border B2C food e-commerce capabilities and provide access to new North American customers sourcing food from Asia and South America.
