GrubMarket has acquired FreshGoGo, a Plainview, New York–based online Asian grocery and specialty food e-commerce platform. The deal brings FreshGoGo's cold-chain logistics, 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse, satellite dispatch centers and e-commerce platform into GrubMarket's foodtech ecosystem to strengthen its online grocery capabilities and reach into the Asian grocery market.

AnPac Bio-Medical Science Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: ANPC), through its subsidiary Fresh2 Technology Inc., entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fresh2 Ecommerce Inc., a U.S.-based B2B e-commerce platform connecting Asian food suppliers and supermarkets. The company will purchase 100% of Fresh2 Ecommerce for $2.1 million, payable in newly issued AnPac shares, as part of its initiative to expand into the U.S. food e-commerce and supply-chain market.

GrubMarket Acquires Best Fresh Produce, Inc.

HF Foods Group Acquires Sealand Food, Inc.

HF Foods Group Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Sealand Food, Inc., a Richmond, Virginia–based frozen seafood supplier that serves Asian/Chinese restaurants across the U.S. East Coast. The acquisition expands HF Foods' distribution footprint into states where it previously had limited presence, bringing the combined network to serve roughly 15,000 restaurants and supporting HF Foods' goal of national scale and revenue growth.
