Upland Software (Nasdaq: UPLD) has acquired Objectif Lune Inc., an enterprise software provider for document composition and business communication automation, expanding Upland's document workflow product library. The deal was funded with $29.0 million in cash at closing plus a $5.3 million cash holdback; Upland expects at least $13.0 million of annual revenue (including ~$12.0 million recurring) and meaningful Adjusted EBITDA contribution post-integration.

The deal was funded with $19.8 million cash at closing plus a $3.5 million cash holdback; Panviva is expected to contribute approximately $7.5 million of recurring annual revenue and the transaction led Upland to raise its 2021 guidance.
