Seagate Technology Acquires Intevac

Seagate Technology completed a cash tender offer and merger to acquire Intevac, Inc. for $4.00 per share, resulting in Intevac becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Seagate. Approximately 87.95% of Intevac shares were tendered; Intevac shares were delisted from the Nasdaq and the deal closed March 31, 2025.
