Crane Company Acquires Technifab Products for $40.5M

Crane Company (NYSE:CR) completed the acquisition of Technifab Products, Inc., a Brazil, Indiana–based manufacturer of vacuum‑insulated pipe systems and cryogenic valves, for $40.5 million on a cash‑free, debt‑free basis. Technifab will join Crane's Process Flow Technologies segment, extending Crane's cryogenics capabilities into high‑growth semiconductor, medical and pharmaceutical end markets and expanding the company's geographic footprint.

Ara Partners Acquires Vacuumschmelze

Ara Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial decarbonization, has acquired Vacuumschmelze (VAC), a leading global producer of advanced magnetic materials and rare-earth permanent magnets, from funds managed by Apollo. The deal will support VAC's expansion of manufacturing capabilities — including planned North American capacity for EV-grade permanent magnets — to serve automotive, renewable energy and industrial customers.

Titomic Acquires Tri-D Dynamics

The deal brings Tri-D's Silicon Valley design and smart-pipe manufacturing capabilities into Titomic to accelerate commercialisation of digitally embedded metal infrastructure and support Titomic's defence, aerospace and oil & gas initiatives in North America.

Daikin Comfort Technologies North America (DNA), a subsidiary of Daikin Industries, has acquired Williams Distributing, a family-owned HVAC and residential building products distributor headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The acquisition adds Williams' 32 locations across Michigan, Indiana and Ohio and roughly 500–600 employees to Daikin's North American distribution network to support cold-climate heat-pump development and strengthen contractor and builder relationships in the Great Lakes region.
