Nayax has acquired UPPay, a Brazilian digital payments and telemetry provider for automated self-service coffee machines, adding roughly 25,000 unattended points-of-sale to its Brazil footprint. The deal will integrate UPPay with Nayax's recently acquired VMtecnologia to consolidate payments, sales and technical capabilities and support further expansion across Latin America.

Fiserv Acquires MerchantPro Express

Fiserv has acquired MerchantPro Express, an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) headquartered in Melville, New York, to deepen and expand its merchant services business and partner-based distribution. The transaction brings MerchantPro Express’ onboarding, service capabilities and POS offerings together with Fiserv’s payments products (including CoPilot, CardPointe and Clover); financial terms were not disclosed.

Endexx Corporation Acquires Retail Pro Associates, Inc.

Endexx Corporation (CBD Unlimited) announced the acquisition of Retail Pro Associates, Inc. (RPA), a marketing and distribution specialist for animal supplements, to expand its PhytoBites and Equine/Pet division. Two RPA executives, Stephen Herron and Ronald Cotting, joined Endexx to lead sales, marketing and operations as the company scales distribution into national retail and wholesale channels. The deal is intended to broaden Endexx’s pet and equine product capabilities and accelerate on‑shelf presence in major retail outlets.

Sysnet Global Solutions Acquires NuArx

Sysnet Global Solutions, a Dublin-based provider of cybersecurity and PCI compliance solutions, has acquired NuArx, Inc., a Southfield, Michigan-headquartered provider of PCI compliance SaaS and managed security for retail, restaurant, convenience and grocery merchants. The deal — a successful exit for One Equity Partners — expands Sysnet’s SecurePCI and managed-security capabilities and accelerates its North American market presence; terms were not disclosed.

Nuvei Acquires Paya for $1.3 Billion

Nuvei Corporation agreed to acquire Paya Holdings Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion (USD $9.75 per share). The deal combines Nuvei's global payment platform with Paya's U.S. integrated-payments and ISV capabilities to accelerate growth in eCommerce, integrated payments and B2B end markets.
