Approvals Pro will remain a standalone product while integrating with Nue’s CPQ, revenue lifecycle and billing offerings to accelerate approvals, increase deal velocity, and expand Nue’s presence in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Nayax Ltd. agreed to acquire 100% of Retail Pro International, a global retail POS software provider, for an implied enterprise value of $36.5 million (cash-free, debt-free). The deal, expected to close in Q4 2023, expands Nayax's retail capabilities and customer reach—adding roughly 9,000 retailers, ~150,000 POS lanes and a global distributor network—supporting cross-sell of Nayax's payments and loyalty platform.
