Intradeco Holdings Acquires Indera Mills

Intradeco Holdings has acquired Indera Mills, a long-running family-owned manufacturer and one of the world’s largest suppliers of thermal underwear (brands include Coldpruf and Indera). The deal, announced by both companies, will combine Indera’s thermal expertise and production footprint with Intradeco’s global vertical-manufacturing capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and John Willingham will remain President of Indera, a division of Intradeco Apparel Inc.
