Intradeco Holdings Acquires Indera Mills

Intradeco Holdings has acquired Indera Mills, a long-running family-owned manufacturer and one of the world’s largest suppliers of thermal underwear (brands include Coldpruf and Indera). The deal, announced by both companies, will combine Indera’s thermal expertise and production footprint with Intradeco’s global vertical-manufacturing capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and John Willingham will remain President of Indera, a division of Intradeco Apparel Inc.

Aqua-Leisure Recreation Acquires Airhead Sports Group

Aqua-Leisure Recreation, a Blackford Capital–backed maker of aquatic products, has acquired Denver-based Airhead Sports Group in the first add-on under Blackford's ownership. The deal combines two leading consumer brands in pool floats, towables and outdoor leisure products to expand sourcing, distribution and product development capabilities and pursue omni-channel retail and wholesale growth.

Weaver Leather Acquires Troxel Helmets

Weaver Leather, LLC has acquired Troxel, a longtime maker of ASTM/SEI certified equestrian helmets. Objective Capital Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Troxel; financial terms were not disclosed. Newtex Industries Acquires Thermostatic Industries, Inc.

Newtex Industries has completed its acquisition of Thermostatic Industries, Inc., a California-based distributor of high-temperature fabrics and fabricated insulation. The deal adds West Coast distribution for Newtex, expands its advanced high-temperature fabrics portfolio (including distribution rights to 3M Nextel ceramic fabrics), and relocates Thermostatic operations to a modern facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Centric Brands Acquires Hosiery Division From Daytona Apparel Group

Centric Brands LLC has acquired the hosiery division of Daytona Apparel Group (a portfolio owned by Windsong Brands), closing March 24. The hosiery business will be integrated into Centric’s accessories division, with several Daytona hosiery associates joining Centric and Centric assuming certain license agreements including Stanley, Free Country, Real Tree, and Umbro.

Sae-A Trading Acquires Swisstex El Salvador Operations and Swisstex Direct, LLC

Sae-A Trading, a global apparel manufacturer and subsidiary of Global Sae-A Group, has completed the acquisition of Swisstex's manufacturing operations in El Salvador and Swisstex Direct, LLC, the company's U.S.-based sales arm. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Sae-A Trading's manufacturing footprint in the Americas and enhances its capabilities in sports and performance apparel; Swisstex employs approximately 500 people in total, about 300 of whom are in the acquired El Salvador operations.
