Richmond-based Flagstop Car Wash acquired three existing locations in Henrico County from rival Green Clean Express Auto Wash and has rebranded and reopened the sites as Flagstop. The deal expands the PE-backed platform's footprint in the greater Richmond market as it pursues a plan to operate 25+ sites by 2025 with support from investor Garnett Station Partners.
