Founder and CEO Jay Sunny Bajaj will retain a significant ownership stake and DMI will continue to operate under existing management; Blackstone Credit and Goldman Sachs Asset Management provided committed financing. The investment is intended to support DMI's market expansion and capability growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

RTI International Acquires Medical Data Analytics
