Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired RKD Group, a Dallas-headquartered provider of omnichannel fundraising and marketing services to nonprofit organizations, from BV Investment Partners. Incline said it will invest to expand RKD's digital and data capabilities and pursue strategic acquisitions to drive growth.

Accenture Acquires HRC Retail Advisory

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire HRC Retail Advisory, a retail-focused strategy consultancy whose team of more than 30 people across North America will join Accenture's Retail Strategy group. The deal, which expands Accenture's retail strategy, analytics and performance-improvement capabilities, is subject to customary closing conditions; financial terms were not disclosed.

Huron Capital Acquires RK Electric to Launch ExecFactor Electrical Services Platform

Huron Capital has acquired RK Electric, a Fremont, California-based full-service electrical contractor, to serve as the cornerstone of its new ExecFactor electrical services platform. RK Electric's existing management will remain in place while Huron and certain existing LPs provide capital to pursue a buy-and-build strategy focused on mission-critical electrical and low-voltage services across semiconductor, biotech, EV/battery and institutional end markets.
