Inperium Acquires Mercadien Technologies

Inperium, a Reading, Pennsylvania-based non-profit that holds a portfolio of health and human services companies, has acquired Mercadien Technologies, an IT and cybersecurity services firm headquartered in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. The acquisition — terms undisclosed — will allow Inperium’s IT services portfolio company, Ocellus Tech, to expand its product and service offerings to Inperium affiliates and other clients in the Tri-State area.
