Dorman Products Acquires Dayton Parts for Approximately $338M

Dorman Products, Inc. completed the acquisition of Dayton Parts for approximately $338 million in cash, financing the deal with cash on hand and borrowings under a new revolving credit facility. The acquisition expands Dorman’s aftermarket product offering and manufacturing capabilities in suspension, steering and brake components and is expected to contribute to Dorman’s 2021 sales and earnings guidance.
