Cummins Inc. has completed its acquisition of Meritor, Inc. for approximately $3.7 billion (including assumed debt and net of acquired cash). The deal strengthens Cummins' components and ePowertrain capabilities, accelerating development of electrified powertrain solutions and is expected to be immediately accretive with roughly $130 million of annual pre-tax run-rate synergies by year three.
