Cummins Acquires 50% Stake in Momentum Fuel Technologies from Rush Enterprises

Cummins Inc. has acquired a 50% equity interest in Momentum Fuel Technologies from Rush Enterprises, creating a joint venture to manufacture Cummins-branded compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel delivery systems for the North American commercial vehicle market. The partnership will combine Momentum's CNG system engineering and manufacturing with Cummins' powertrain expertise and leverage Rush Truck Centers and Cummins distributors for aftermarket support across a combined 250+ locations.
