Castik Capital Acquires TBAuctions

Funds managed by Castik Capital will acquire TBAuctions, the European online auction platform formed from Troostwijk Auctions and BVA Auctions, to accelerate pan‑European growth through organic expansion and buy‑and‑build. The deal (subject to Works Council and ACM approvals) will back TBAuctions' ATLAS technology platform and support further add‑on acquisitions across Europe while existing management will remain significant shareholders.

American Express Acquires Tock from Squarespace

American Express has acquired Chicago-based reservation and event management platform Tock from Squarespace to expand its global dining network and digital tools for restaurants and merchants. Tock will operate as an independent division of American Express Global Dining and will connect roughly 7,000 venues to American Express's network.
