Pinchin Ltd. Acquires CodeGreen and Environmental Building Solutions (EBS)

Toronto-based Pinchin Ltd., a Keystone Capital portfolio company, has acquired New York City-based CodeGreen Solutions, LLC and Environmental Building Solutions, LLC to expand its US presence and technical capabilities in environmental and building compliance services. Victor Capital Partners sold CodeGreen; terms were not disclosed. The deal strengthens Pinchin's building-performance, code-compliance, and indoor air/water quality offerings as part of a US geographic expansion and add-on strategy.

City Capital Ventures Acquires Majority Stake in GreenTech Environmental

City Capital Ventures (CCV) acquired a majority stake in GreenTech Environmental, a Johnson City, Tennessee-based designer and manufacturer of indoor air purification systems, with RF Investment Partners providing debt and equity to facilitate the deal. CCV will support GreenTech’s growth by accelerating sales, marketing, and product development while the company continues to operate independently under its existing management; financial terms were not disclosed.

True Green Capital Management Acquires Majority Stake in CleanChoice Energy

Funds managed by True Green Capital Management (TGC) agreed to acquire a majority ownership stake in CleanChoice Energy and will commit an additional $100 million to develop, acquire, own, and operate CleanChoice solar projects. The deal will combine CleanChoice's retail green energy platform and customer base (about 215,000 residential customers) with TGC's solar generation capabilities across multiple U.S. competitive markets, securing long-term access to power, capacity, and RECs to support growth.
