City Capital Ventures (CCV) acquired a majority stake in GreenTech Environmental, a Johnson City, Tennessee-based designer and manufacturer of indoor air purification systems, with RF Investment Partners providing debt and equity to facilitate the deal. CCV will support GreenTech’s growth by accelerating sales, marketing, and product development while the company continues to operate independently under its existing management; financial terms were not disclosed.
