Exile Content Studio Acquires Majority Interest in Lil' Heroes NFT Franchise

Exile Content Studio, part of Candle Media, has acquired a majority interest in the Lil' Heroes NFT franchise by purchasing Curatible's stake. The move gives Exile control of the IP as the franchise — which launched in January 2022 and generated over $60 million in trading volume with an 80,000+ Discord community — pursues spin-off NFT drops, merchandise, and an animated TV series with Creative7/Carmelo Anthony.

Truck Hero, headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded aftermarket truck and Jeep accessories and operates the direct-to-consumer site RealTruck.com; the deal was expected to close in Q1 2021.
