ProMach Acquires Fogg Filler Company

ProMach has acquired Fogg Filler Company, a Holland, Michigan–based designer and manufacturer of rotary liquid filling systems, expanding ProMach’s liquid filling and ESL (extended shelf life) capabilities. Fogg will join ProMach’s Filling Business Line, with current owner Ben Fogg remaining to lead the Fogg team of roughly 170 employees at its Holland facility.

Mercer Advisors Acquires Mallard Financial Partners, Inc.

Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (Mercer Advisors) has acquired Mallard Financial Partners, Inc., a Newark, Delaware-based wealth management firm. The deal brings Mallard's team and approximately $180 million AUM into Mercer to provide expanded in-house estate, tax and planning capabilities to Mallard's clients and support future growth.

MacLean Power Systems Acquires Dotson Iron Castings

MacLean Power Systems has completed the acquisition of Dotson Iron Castings, a century-old ductile iron foundry based in Mankato, Minnesota. The purchase furthers MacLean's vertical-integration strategy to strengthen its U.S. supply chain, increase production capacity and shorten lead times for utility and communications infrastructure products; Dotson CEO Tyson Twait will join MPS as Vice President and General Manager of Mankato Operations.

MacLean-Fogg Acquires Formetrix Assets to Launch MacLean Additive

MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions (a division of MacLean-Fogg Company) has acquired the assets of Formetrix, LLC, including a market-leading metal powder intellectual property portfolio. The deal establishes a new business unit, MacLean Additive, based in Macomb Township, Michigan, to scale Formetrix's high-performance steel alloys for automotive, EV, industrial and tooling markets.

Rulmeca Group Acquires Douglas Manufacturing Company

United Flow Technologies (H.I.G. Capital) Acquires Kodru-Mooney, Macaulay Controls and Iowa Pump Works

United Flow Technologies (a platform backed by H.I.G. Capital) has completed add-on acquisitions of Kodru-Mooney, Macaulay Controls Company and Iowa Pump Works to expand its product offering, geographic footprint and OEM partnerships in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater market. The acquired businesses will operate with their existing leadership teams while integrating commercially and operationally into the UFT platform; terms were not disclosed.
